TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

Metoshi grants the User the right to use the Website and its Services under a Simple (non-exclusive) license.

A simple (non-exclusive) license entitles the User to:

• Run and subsequently use the Website and its Services.

• Run the Website an unlimited number of times on an unlimited number of devices owned by the User, provided that the Website is fully preserved in the form provided by Metoshi.

• Use the Services supported by the Website that are available to Users free of charge, unless otherwise provided for by separate license agreements and/or other agreements/contracts concluded in the form of an offer or another legal way between Metoshi and the User, or the Services themselves.

• Use Website-supported Services that are available to Users on a paid basis on the terms provided for by separate license agreements and/or other agreements/transactions concluded in the form of an offer or otherwise legally between Metoshi and the User or the Services themselves, including on the terms of full payment for such Services by the Users.

The validity period and limits of the rights to use the Simple (non-exclusive) license is equal to the validity period and the terms of the User Agreement. Upon termination of the User Agreement, the User loses the right to use the Website and/or its parts and/or its Services.

The territory of use of the Website is all countries where the Website can run on the User's device.

Metoshi has the right to independently, unilaterally and at its own discretion determine the conditions for granting a Simple (non-exclusive license) in relation to the Services provided/offered to the User, including, but not limited to: terms of providing them on a paid or free basis, cost, terms and limits of the rights to use the Services provided, etc. Changes to these and other terms of use of the Website or Services may be established in the relevant agreements or posted/changed on the Services themselves.
