FINAL PROVISIONS

The parties to this agreement recognize electronic correspondence between themselves as written evidence.

This User Agreement is subject to the law of the territorial jurisdiction at the location of Metoshi in the United States of America (Delaware).

Any User of the Service hereby confirms that they have read, understood, accepted, and fully agree with the content of this User Agreement and undertake to comply with it.
