INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Website and its Services, including, but not limited to: design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, software, databases, music, sounds and other objects (hereinafter referred to as the content of the Services), as well as any content posted on the Services, domain name, logo, trademark of Metoshi, all technical know-hows that allow the use of the Service are objects of the Exclusive and other rights of Metoshi and other Copyright Holders.

The use of the Services is possible only within the functionality offered by the Services. No elements of the content of the Services may be used in any other way without the prior permission of the Copyright Holders, including Metoshi, if the latter is the Copyright Holder in relation to the corresponding result of intellectual activity. The use means, among other things: reproduction, copying or processing (modification) of them, as well as the use of any of their parts for personal or commercial purposes. The use of the Services is provided to the User free of charge, except for the cases where the paid-for nature of specific services and/or Metoshi Services is directly indicated. A necessary condition for the use of such Services is the payment of Metoshi's remuneration in the manner and amount specified in the relevant sections of the Services and/or the agreement/contract concluded by the Parties.

The User or any third party is not entitled to use the Website and/or Services in ways not provided for by this User Agreement without the written permission of Metoshi, including extracting information in any form not provided for by the User Agreement. Exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity included in the data/information/content submitted/posted by Users belong to the respective Copyright Holders. In case of justified claims from the Copyright Holders of Exclusive and other rights to such information/content, Metoshi has the right, but is not obliged, to restrict access and/or delete such data/information/content until the dispute is resolved or indefinitely by decision of the relevant authorities and/or court, if such decision is binding on Metoshi.

The Services may contain links to websites on the Internet (third-party websites). Metoshi does not check these third parties and their content for compliance with any requirements (authenticity, completeness, legality, etc.), except as expressly provided. Metoshi is not responsible for any information or materials posted on third-party websites that the User accesses using the Services, including any opinions or statements expressed on third-party websites, advertising, etc., as well as for the availability of such websites or content and the consequences of their use by the User.

A link (in any form) to any website, product, service, any information of commercial or non-commercial nature posted on the Services does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of these products (services, activities) by Metoshi, except as expressly and unambiguously specified by Metoshi itself.

Intellectual property law protects Metoshi's rights to the Product and Services. The User does not acquire any Exclusive Rights to the intellectual property contained in the Product or Service.
