CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Entering into (accepting) this User Agreement via direct use of the Services, viewing information, etc. including, but not limited to: the Website, Services and feedback forms, acting freely, by their own will and in their own interest or in a legitimate interest/representation on behalf of the User and/or consent/approval of a legal representative, as well as confirming their legal capacity to conclude the User Agreement, the User accepts these terms and gives their unconditional consent to Metoshi to process their Personal Data, as well as any other information provided by the User and/or received by Metoshi, on the terms provided for by this User Agreement, including PRIVACY POLICY and COOKIE NOTICE sections.

This consent is valid for the entire period of time necessary to achieve the Purposes of Personal Data processing or until the User revokes their consent by sending a written request to Metoshi by e-mail: [e-mail].
